FERNANDO TEST CENTRE & WISDOM DRIVING SCHOOL

By accessing or using this website (“Service”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) with FERNANDO TEST CENTRE & WISDOM DRIVING SCHOOL (“FERNANDO TEST CENTRE & WISDOM DRIVING SCHOOL”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

FERNANDO TEST CENTRE & WISDOM DRIVING SCHOOL reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

  1. Bookings and Payments
    • All driving lessons, courses, and driving test bookings must be paid in advance.
    • Bookings are only confirmed once full payment is received.
    • We do not reserve lesson slots without payment.
    • Students are encouraged to book early, especially for weekend or peak-hour sessions.
    • Lesson packages must be used within the validity period specified at purchase.
  2. Lesson Credits
    • Lesson credits refer to lessons purchased through:
    • Package deals
    • Promotional offers
    • Gift vouchers
    • If a lesson is cancelled within the restricted cancellation period, the lesson credit will be forfeited.
  3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
    • Standard Lessons
    • Minimum 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
    • Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a full lesson fee.
    • Non-attendance will be treated as a late cancellation and charged in full.
    • Driving Test Bookings
    • Minimum 3 working days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a driving test booking.
    • Late cancellations will incur the full test booking fee.
    • We reserve lesson time exclusively for you. Late cancellations prevent us from offering the slot to other students.
  4. Instructor Cancellations
    • FERNANDO TEST CENTRE & WISDOM DRIVING SCHOOL reserves the right to reschedule a lesson due to:
    • Instructor illness
    • Mechanical vehicle issues
    • Road safety concerns
    • Weather conditions
    • Where possible, we will provide advance notice and offer an alternative date or instructor.
    • Safety is our highest priority.
  5. Non-Attendance
    • Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice will result in:
    • Full lesson fee being charged
    • Package lesson deduction (if applicable)
  6. Use of Instructor Vehicle for Driving Test
    • If a student requests the use of a FERNANDO TEST CENTRE & WISDOM DRIVING SCHOOL instructor vehicle for a driving test, the student agrees to:
    • Take responsibility for any damage caused while operating the vehicle.
    • Pay any insurance excess applicable in case of at-fault accidents.
    • Pay for any traffic fines incurred during the test.
    • Cover towing or repair costs if required.
    • If the cost of damage exceeds insurance excess limits, the student agrees to pay the applicable excess amount within 14 days.
  7. Student Responsibilities
    • Students must:
    • Hold a valid learner’s permit or licence appropriate for the lesson.
    • Carry identification during lessons.
    • Inform instructors of any medical condition affecting driving ability.
    • Arrive on time and be ready for the lesson.
    • Instructors may refuse a lesson if a student:
    • Appears under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
    • Is medically unfit to drive.
    • Engages in unsafe or abusive behaviour.
  8. Refund Policy
    • Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
    • Unused package lessons may be refunded at our discretion.
    • No refunds are provided for late cancellations or non-attendance.
    • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  9. Prices & Modifications
    • FERNANDO TEST CENTRE & WISDOM DRIVING SCHOOL reserves the right to:
    • Change lesson prices at any time.
    • Modify or discontinue services.
    • Update packages or promotions without notice.
    • Price changes will not affect confirmed bookings already paid in full.
  10. Account & Website Usage
    • By using our website, you agree:
    • Not to submit false information.
    • Not to use the website for illegal purposes.
    • Not to copy or reproduce website content without written permission.
    • To maintain the security of your account information (if applicable).
    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse.
  11. Privacy Policy
    • By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of personal information for:
    • Booking confirmations
    • Driving test coordination
    • Customer communication
    • Service improvements
    • We will not disclose personal information to third parties unless required by law or necessary to provide services.
  12. Limitation of Liability
    • FERNANDO TEST CENTRE & WISDOM DRIVING SCHOOL provides services on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
    • We are not liable for:
    • Indirect or consequential loss
    • Missed tests due to late arrival by the student
    • Delays caused by traffic conditions
    • Events beyond our reasonable control
    • All driving lessons are conducted in accordance with applicable road safety laws.
  13. General Conditions
    • Verbal, physical, or written abuse towards instructors or staff will result in immediate termination of services.
    • We may use third-party systems for booking, hosting, and payment processing.
    • Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of rights.
